A stronger low will approach the West Coast late Sunday and into Monday, and moisture will increase with it. Showers were forecast to spread into the Pacific Northwest by Sunday night and become more widespread on Monday.

On a positive note going to Spring and Summer, this water year (since Oct 1) has delivered a mix of below normal to near-normal precipitation for our forecast area. More precipitation is on the way, and snow-pack is above normal for this time of year, so this is good news for area water resources.
