Southwest Oregon and northern California inland and coastal areas have been very wet over the past several weeks with observed precipitation levels above average.
This will continue as a strong low well off the Pacific Northwest coast is forecast to push into the Pacific Northwest early Saturday producing additional low elevation moderate to heavy rains and higher elevation heavy snows into Saturday.
