The system bringing the latest round of precipitation is forecast to move out of the area as Thursday progresses with winds and rain subsiding by late Thursday afternoon.
Rain is expected to continue throughout the weekend after a short break before the next system approaches. High Wind Advisories and Warning are forecast to continue along coastal areas through Thursday.
Inland areas are forecast to see precipitation slow Thursday morning, offering a short break and possible localized showers as another front moves into the area. Rain is forecast to return to the valley Friday, and continue through the weekend. Temperatures are forecast to stay relatively mild with highs in the mid 50’s and early morning lows dipping to the upper 30’s as the weekend progresses.
Coastal areas will remain under High Wind Advisories and Warning all along the Oregon and northern California coastal regions, with King Tides expected over the weekend. Rain will continue along the coast through Thursday and Sunday. Temperatures will be in the low 40’s in the early mornings, with highs only reaching the mid 50’s through the weekend.
