The US National Weather Service has expanded and extended the Winter Weather Advisory this morning to cover much of Jackson, Josephine, and Southern Douglas Counties, generally above 1000 feet elevation through 9am PST, to account for rain changing to snow and any slush on roadways potentially freezing this morning as temperatures remain near or below freezing (especially rural/untreated/unmaintained roads).
It appears the most snow occurred from South Medford southward. It was reportedly still snowing further north in North Medford at 3:15 am.
