On Wednesday, August 8th just before noon, U.S. Coast Guard Station Depoe Bay received a phone call from fishing vessel Das Bog approximately 2 nautical miles north of Government point.
The vessel got a line caught in their prop and was disabled in the water.
The crew quickly responded and safely recovered the vessel towed to safety and navigated Das Bog safely across the bar.
