On Monday night, April 1st, just before 11:30 pm, the Illinois Valley Fire District, American Medical Response and the Civilian Emergency Response Team were dispatched to a rollover accident on Redwood Highway 199 in Obrien.
The vehicle was reported to be on fire. Very poor cell service and a passenger that did not speak English made the situation much more difficult by hampering communications.
A small fire was extinguished by the Illinois Valley Fire District.
The Oregon State Police is investigating the crash scene.
