On Friday, January 18th, just after 10:30 am, the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office received a call of an audible alarm at a residence in the North Valley area.
Patrol Deputies responded to the residence and observed two male subjects fleeing the area on foot. The patrol deputies engaged in a foot pursuit of both subjects who were taken into custody without incident.
Parked in the driveway of the home was a spray painted 4 door sedan with its doors open. Located inside the vehicle were many items that had been taken from inside the home.
Both Tanner Sayre and Bryce Widner were transported to the Josephine County Jail and lodged on charges of Burglary 1, Criminal Mischief 1, Escape 3, and Interfering with a Police Officer.
