Very early Tuesday morning, August 9th, Deputies responded to the Elk Valley Casino Parking lot for the report of a female smoking methamphetamine at approximately 3:00am.
After arriving on scene a check of the area was conducted and a female subject matching the description given by the reporting party, identified as Stacy Miles Coffman, was exhibiting signs of being under the influence of narcotics. Drug paraphernalia was located on her person and she admitted to smoking methamphetamine prior to the arrival of the deputies.
Upon further investigation Coffman’s boyfriend, identified as Revis Hultquist, was located, also showing signs of being under the influence of a narcotic.
The vehicle that was associated with both suspects was subsequently searched and Deputies located 158.5 pills of Xanax, 1284.7 grams of Fentanyl and $1920.00 in cash.
The vehicle was impounded and both Coffman and Hultquist were transported to the Del Norte County Jail before being booked on multiple charges.
