On Friday afternoon authorities responded to the commercial boat basin docks in Harbor to report regarding a ‘vehicle in the water’, with reportedly one person in the vehicle.
First responders arrived to a scene in which the driver of the vehicle had gone over the edge backwards, down the embankment, and into the water.
The driver was in the vehicle when authorities arrived and was assisted out of the vehicle before it was removed.
