Just before 6:00am Wednesday morning, December 18th, the California Highway Patrol reported that a logging truck had crashed and rolled over on southbound Hwy. 199.
The crash occurred between Patrick Creek and Idlewild, blocking the roadway and spilling a small amount of fuel on the roadway. The driver was uninjured and no other injuries have been reported.
Maintenance crews worked to clear the highway opening a single lane to controlled traffic at approximately 7:30am.
