Earlier in the week, the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Police and Fire responded to an early morning RV fire. Arriving units found a small travel trailer fully engulfed in flames threatening nearby homes and vegetation.
Fire crews were able to quickly bring the fire under control and confirm that there was no one inside of the trailer.
We have seen an increase in the number of individuals and families living in their RV. It is important to have a working smoke alarm not only your residence, but your RV as well.
