Del Norte County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an address on Hamilton Avenue in Crescent City Saturday, October 5th, regarding a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.
Deputies located a victim who had injuries from being struck with a machete after arriving on scene and it was also reported that a firearm had been brandished during the incident.
The victim was able to identify the three suspects involved and deputies provided information to allied agencies, including the California Highway Patrol, and the Crescent City Police Department, regarding the possible whereabouts of the suspects.
The suspects were located at a residence on Harding Avenue, and after obtaining a search warrant for the apartment, Deputies located two handguns and an unserialized, short barreled AR-15 style rifle. Several rounds of rifle and pistol ammunition were also seized, along with clothing believed to be involved with incident.
The suspects were taken into custody and identified as Ethan Raby, Izayah Raby, and Angel Dominguez. These subjects were booked at the Del Norte County Jail on the charges of attempted homicide, conspiracy, brandishing, and vandalism.
