Smoke from local fires in the region are expected to continue to affect air quality as the week progresses under mostly clear skies and temperatures warm up into the weekend.
Inland areas are expected to have hazy skies possible in some areas continuing into late afternoon and evenings into the weekend under mostly clear skies with temperatures reaching the upper 90’s and possibly triple digits as days progress into the weekend, cooling to early morning lows in the low to mid 60’s.
Southern coastal regions can expect areas of localized fog developing in some areas clearing to mostly clear sunny skies by noon. Early morning temperatures are forecast to be in the mid 50’s warming to afternoon highs in upper 60’s warming to the low 70’s in some areas as the weekend progresses.
