A ridge of high pressure will build into the area Wednesday and remain in place on Thursday. This will bring change to warm and dry weather. High temperatures will trend much warmer Wednesday into Thursday with highs in the 70s to 80s for valleys west of Cascades and 60s to 70s for valleys east of the Cascades. At the coast expect high temperatures in the 60s. On Friday, a front will bring rain and expect mild temperatures. Showers may continue into Saturday. Then there will be a return to dry weather by Easter Sunday along with mild temperatures.
