On Monday afternoon at approximately 1:30 pm, the Illinois Valley Fire District responded to a structure Fire in the 3300 block of Caves HWY.
The accidental fire was restricted to a detached shop and small outbuilding.
Illinois Valley Fire District was assisted by Grants Pass Fire, IVFD CERT and IVFD Rehab. Oregon Department of Forestry responded to prevent the fire from spreading into the wildland.
