Early Sunday morning March 8th, just before 4:00am Illinois Valley Fire District, American Medical Response and Rural Metro Fire were dispatched to a structure fire in the 18002 block of Redwood Hwy 199.
The fire was contained to a small area of the of the 3 story house. Smoke detectors are credited with saving the lives of the three occupants.
Red Cross arrived to provide living assistance to the occupants.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Illinois Valley Fire District Fire Marshal.
