Oregon State Police Troopers are investigating the theft of portable plastic rumble strips. The strips were taken from the Hooskanaden construction site sometime between 6:00am. and 7:00am on Monday, April 13, 2020.
A total of four strips were taken from the site with each strip valued at $1,500, for a total loss of $6,000.
