Cold, wet weather will be with us through the forecast period. Snow levels will continue to lower over the weekend and into next week, even down to valley floors early next week.

High surf expected at the Southern Oregon coast Saturday with breakers will building between 25 and 35 ft.
Waves run up significantly farther on a beach than normal, including over rocks and jetties. They can suddenly knock people off of their feet and quickly pull them into the frigid ocean, which may lead to serious injury or drowning.
Use EXTREME caution near the beach. Keep children and pets away from the surf zone. Keep off of jetties, rocks and logs near the surf zone.
