A front over the Eastern Pacific will move onshore Saturday and Sunday over the Northwest and Northern California bringing rain and wind to the area through Monday morning.

The rain will start on the coast and spread south and east through the day. Minor rock and mud slides are possible in the mountainous terrain and ponding of water is expected on roadways.
Snow levels will be 6,000 feet for the majority of the precipitation. Monday snow levels may fall as low as 4,000 feet, but snowfall amounts will be less than an inch.
