Quadruple Homicide Suspect Turns Self In with Body in Car

Just after noon on Monday, October 14, the Mt. Shasta Police Department had a male subject walk into the lobby and report that he had committed a homicide in Roseville, Ca. just north of Sacramento

The adult male claimed to have murdered individuals at his residence in Roseville. One of the possible victims was inside his vehicle at the Mt. Shasta Police Department and other victims were at an apartment in Roseville.

After the Mt. Shasta Police Officers confirmed there was a deceased person in the vehicle and detained the suspect. The Roseville Police Department was notified, and they dispatched officers to an apartment complex in Roseville and confirmed, three additional victims were found deceased at the scene.

It is believed the suspect and victims are known to each other. At this time, this is an ongoing investigation in coordination with the Roseville Police Department. Identification has not been made for the suspect or any of the involved victims.

At this time the sole suspect involved in this incident is in custody and we do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the community. Search warrants are being obtained for the scenes in both Roseville and Mount Shasta.
