The Del Norte Sheriff’s office arrested a Pelican Bay corrections officer Sunday, March 10th on multiple allegations of alleged sexual abuses over an extended period of time.
On March 10, Wade Aaron Walker was arrested by Del Norte Sheriff’s office for the following charges while at work at Pelican Bay State Prison as a correctional officer.
Walker has been arrested and charged on a very lengthy and graphic list of alleged sexual abuses that occurred over a long period of time including;
RAPE BY FORCE/FEAR /ETC., RAPE BY THREAT OF RETALIATION INDUCE INTERCOURSE/SEX ACTS BY FALSE REPRESENTATION:INT:FEAR, INCEST, SODOMY, SODOMY WITH PERSON UNDER 14 YEARS WITH FORCE, ORAL COPULATION.
LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 WITH FORCE/ETC., CONTINUOUS SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD, ORAL COPULATION, ORAL COPULATION WITH PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
ORAL COPULATION AGAINST VICTIMS WILL BY MEANS OF FEAR.
ORAL COPULATION, ORAL COPULATION WITH PERSON UNDER AGE OF 14 OR BY FORCE, SEXUAL PENETRATION WITH FOREIGN OBJECT INCAPABLE ON CONS, SEXUAL PENETRATION WITH FOREIGN OBJECT; NO CONSENT; VICTIM AND DEFENDANT IN MENTAL INSTITUTION.
TORTURE, KIDNAP TO COMMIT ROBBERY/RAPE/289)C/ ETC., FALSE IMPRISONMENT, SEXUAL BATTERY, WILLFUL CRUELTY TO CHILD/POSSIBLE DEATH/ INJURY.
FORCE WITH A DEADLY WEAPON NOT FIREARM; GBI LIKELY.
The investigation is ongoing to determine if the charges are complete and if there are any other victims. Walker is lodged in the Del Norte County jail and bail has been set at $1,000,000.00.
