In a statement from CalTrans late Friday, April 2nd, motorists traveling Hwy. 101, should anticipate 2-hour delays to continue weekdays at Last Chance Grade, located south of Crescent City in Del Norte County.
Highway 101 will be fully closed from 9:00am to 11:00am, 12:00pm to 2:00pm and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Motorists can expect at least 30-minute delays outside of those hours.
Emergency vehicles will be accommodated through the closure, and these plans are subject to change.
