Snow levels will fall through Thursday and into Friday morning as an upper-level trough moves over the area.
Accumulating snow of 2 to 6 inches is forecast for elevations above 3000 feet with larger amounts expected for higher elevations. Elevations as low as 2000 feet may also see light accumulations Thursday night.
Before traveling, check the latest road conditions and be prepared by carrying chains, etc. Allow extra time to get to your destination and slow down!
