Units from the Illinois Valley Fire District were dispatched to reports of a structure fire off of South Caves Ave., late Tuesday evening March 30th.
Firefighters arrived to a scene involving multiple burning structures and vehicles. The second alarm fire produced agency response from Rural Metro Fire, Grants Pass Fire, American Medical Response and the Josephine Sheriff’s Office.
Preliminary reports are the fire was in an are behind or many individuals were treated at the scene by first responders, and one firefighter was transported for smoke inhalation.
The fire is under investigation.
