Late Tuesday afternoon the Oregon State Police, Illinois Valley Fire District, the Oregon Department of Transportation and other agencies responded to a vehicle accident near Selma on Highway 199.
When units arrived on the scene an incident regarding a motorcycle and pick up truck was reported. The operator of the motorcycle was transported to a local area hospital by American Medical Response and the road was closed for an extended period of time.
