On Sunday evening just before 7:30 pm, the Illinois Valley Fire District was dispatched to a motor-home fire located on a property in Selma.
When units arrived at the scene, a small motorhome was fully involved in flames. The motor-home was occupied by one resident that escaped the fire uninjured and the fire was quickly extinguished.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Illinois Valley Fire District Fire Marshal.
Traffic control was provided by the Illinois Valley Fire District Community Emergency Response Team.
