Just after 9:00am, Monday morning, January 10th, the Illinois Valley Fire District, American Medical Response, California Highway Patrol, the Oregon State Police and the Oregon Department of Transportation were dispatched to the scene of a reported single vehicle rollover crash, south of Obrien, on Hwy. 199.
Upon arrival of first units, it was determined that extrication would be required, closing the north bound lane as well while rescue personnel extricated and stabilized a single patient, and transported the individual to an area hospital for further evaluation.
The vehicle, blocking the lane, was pushed to the side by CHP, until the Oregon Police could arrive to maintain travel flow through the area as a tow truck arrived cleared the scene.
No further information has been released at this time.
