Deputies with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team served one search warrant Wednesday, June 3rd, to investigate illegal cannabis cultivation.
During the implementation of the search warrant, Deputies located and seized 62 grams of methamphetamine, six firearms and numerous prescription pills packaged for sales. Deputies also located evidence of drug sales, paraphernalia and approximately 353 growing cannabis plants were eradicated by Deputies.
59 year old, Carol Wilson was cited and released on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale while armed, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled narcotic substance for sale and possession of marijuana for sale.
A second subject fled when deputies arrived on scene and remains outstanding at this time.
This case is still under investigation.
