According to the Oregon State Police, a Josephine County Sheriff’s Deputy encountered a suspect with a felony warrant in O’Brien near the O’Brien Country Store at approximately noon on Tuesday, April 22nd.
The suspect, identified as 33 year old Clinten Anthony Robertson, of Grants Pass, attempted to elude the Deputy, allegedly using his vehicle to ram the Deputy’s patrol unit.
Robertson was struck by gunfire during an Officer involved shooting, and was taken to Three Rivers Hospital for treatment.
