Grants Pass Department of Public Safety Detectives received information that Kenneth Sinor was having sexual relations with 15 year old females.
A subsequent investigation revealed that Sinor did have a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female. Sinor was arrested on charges of Rape 3, Sex Abuse 2 (x2), Sex Abuse 3, and Sodomy 3 (x2) and was lodged at the Josephine County Jail.
It is believed there are additional juvenile females who have had sexual contact with Kenneth “Jay” Sinor.
