On Friday, January 18th, the Medford Police Department arrested 26-year-old Bradley Oliver, for three counts of Indecent Exposure. Our investigation revealed that he had allegedly been masturbating in front of female baristas at various coffee stands around Medford.
The Medford Police have three separate incidents with him over the last few weeks but believe there could be more victims of this behavior.
