Following an incident on August 3rd when a man exposed himself to two juvenile females as they walked through Reinhardt Park in Grants Pass, 54-year-old John ODell was arrested.
After exposing himself to the young girls, ODell realized that the girls were following him and he ran from the park area.
The girls followed ODell to a location and called police after he entered a residence. The Grants Pass Police later contacted Mr. ODell at that residence.
The investigation was then transferred to the Grants Pass Detective Unit who were later, after an almost three week investigation, able to obtain further evidence that verified the two young girls statements.
The Grants Pass Detectives interviewed Mr. ODell Tuesday, August 21st, and subsequently arrested Mr. John ODell for Public Indecency.
