After driving from Texas to Oregon allegedly with the intent of meeting a female juvenile after contact through a social media platform, a man was detained in Grants Pass Wednesday July 8th.
60 year old Keith Maclin allegedly contacted a female juvenile via a social media platform and had planned to meet with her in order to have sexual contact. Maclin drove from Texas to Oregon with the intent of meeting with the juvenile.
Detectives with Klamath Falls, Jackson County and Grants Pass Department of Public Safety observed Maclin as he traveled through Oregon, and later detained Maclin in Grants Pass. He was lodged in the Josephine County Jail for Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree and Luring a Minor.
