Late Tuesday evening, April 12th, the Medford Fire Department was dispatched to reports of a fire at the Pacific Pride Industrial Fuel Station at the downtown site located near the intersection of South Central and Boyd in South Medford.

The blaze prompted evacuations of nearby neighborhoods, and prompted a 3rd alarm as crews worked to contain the run off from the fuel silos and requested mutual aid from several surrounding fire agencies, including in a heavy foam unit from the airport.
