Late Summer Cold Front to push into Pacific Northwest

A late-summer cold front will push into the Pacific Northwest area on Wednesday bringing a slight cool down to most areas. There could be some light rain along the coast and even over to the Cascades.

This will be short-lived with above normal warmth returning by Friday. Beyond that, confidence is increasing for a potential heat wave for the last week of August into early September.
