Illegal Marijuana Operation Bust Reveals 100 Marijuana plants, 8 Firearms, and Cash

Coos County Sheriff’s Office’s  South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team Detectives assisted the Coquille Tribal Police on Tuesday, November 20th, with an investigation into an illegal marijuana operation located at an address on Green Acres Ln, in Coos Bay.

Ultimately, a search warrant was granted for the residence and Coos County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant later that Tuesday.  

A substantial operation was located at the address by Coos County Sheriff’s deputies with about 100 marijuana plants, eight firearms, and about $3,000.00 in U.S currency.  

This marijuana operation was found to be set up to generate hundreds of thousands of un-taxed dollars over time if sold.

The Oregon Water Master and Coos County code enforcement were also contacted and currently investigating violations found at the scene.
