On Sunday October 20, units from the Illinois Valley Fire District responded to a two vehicle crash on Hwy. 199 just north of O’Brien.
American Medical Response transported the driver and two passengers with non-life threatening injuries to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center. The driver of the other vehicle and his passenger were not injured.
Hwy. 199 remained opened throughout the incident as both vehicles where moved into a parking lot of the O’Brien Store.
The Oregon State Police is investigating the cause of the crash.
