After Agents received information that a resident, and local probationer, 29 year old Allisa Chad Kelly was dealing narcotics from her residence, on January 2nd, special agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at her residence according to a Humboldt County Drug Task Force press release.
Upon arrival, Kelley was detained without incident and the search warrant was served. Inside the residence agents located approximately 60 grams of suspected heroin packaged for sales and 3 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Agents also located various blenders and other evidence that is indictive of “cutting” raw heroin into larger doses.
Also detained was 61 year old Gerald Bruce Hunsucker who was seen leaving the residence. Hunsucker, a local sex registrant who agents suspect was residing in the area.
Agents will be forwarding their report to the Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office on Hunsucker for failing to update his residency requirements.
Agents also located 23 year old Peter James Hunsucker for violation of parole.
Kelley was subsequently placed under arrest for possession of controlled substances for sales and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. Approximately 3 hours later, Kelley posted a $45,000 bond and was released from custody.
On Friday, January 10th, Humboldt County Drug Task Force agents received information that Kelley was traveling to central California to purchase additional narcotics.
At approximately 2:00am, agents were able to locate Kelley on Highway 101 near Fortuna. With the assistance of a narcotic detection K9 from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, a traffic stop was made on Kelley’s vehicle. Kelley was searched pursuant to her probation terms and was found to be in possession of approximately 1.5 ounces of raw heroin. Kelley was placed under arrest for possession and transportation of controlled substances.
In addition, agents arrested the passenger of the vehicle, 31 year old Perry Dale Sanderson, on an outstanding felony warrant.
Both subjects were transported and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility.
