On Friday, January 25, the Illinois Valley Fire District responded to a two-vehicle crash just before 9:00 pm.
The driver of the silver Honda was transported code 3 to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center by American Medical Response. The passenger transported him to Three Rivers Medical Center by friends.
The driver of the black Chevrolet SUV walked away from the scene.
Rockydale Rd was partially closed for approximately two hours and a half hours. Traffic control was provided by Illinois Valley CERT.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Oregon State Police.
