Multiple agencies including the Medford Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire Sunday afternoon at the Import Parts Center along North Pacific Highway, near Elm Avenue.
Several explosions were reported at the automotive repair shop, and concerns regarding the possibility of hazardous materials in the location contibuted to a second alarm.
North Pacific Highway was closed for several hours between Hazel Street and Elm Avenue as crews worked the scene.
The fire remains under investigation.
