On Thursday, November 18th, a search warrant was served by the Oregon State Police Southwest Region Drug Enforcement Section at a location consisting of 5 industrial-sized warehouses zoned for commercial use in White City, Oregon.
Initially, over 100 individuals, including migrant workers living on-site in subpar living conditions, without running water, were detained, identified, interviewed, and released.
During the operation, which spanned over two days, approximately 500,000 lbs. of illegal, processed marijuana with a conservative street value of somewhere around $500 million, and a firearm were seized.
