Curry Health Network has offered assistance with the application process for Oregon Health Plan since 2014.
Curry Health Network is offering their most experienced Financial Counselor, who has been with Curry Health Network for more than 20 years.
Curry Health Network also has a wonderful financial assistance program to help patients who are uninsured, underinsured, otherwise unable to pay, and ineligible for a government program. For those eligible, care provided by CHN is available on a sliding fee scale based on personal circumstances, up to and including 100% discount.
If you would like help to apply, or have any questions about the insurance, the process, or would like more information on this program, you can call their Oregon Health Plan expert, JoAnne at 541.247.3855 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. She will be happy to assist, and the help is offered free of charge.
