Curry Health Network is very pleased to announce that licensure for Curry Medical Center-Emergency Care at 500 5th St., Brookings, has been issued by the Oregon Health Authority and 24/7/365 emergency medical services in Brookings will officially begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 2.
The Emergency Care department will be staffed with experienced emergency physicians, registered nurses, and registered respiratory therapists, and be fully supported by Imaging and Laboratory Services.
For those who were accustomed to using our Walk-In/Urgent Care services when you were feeling a little sick or a little hurt, also beginning on Monday, December 2nd, Curry Health Network will begin offering Same Day Visits by Appointment from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday. No more waiting in the waiting room for hours when you’re not feeling well!
Call 541.412.2000 to schedule a 15 minute appointment for a single, non-chronic condition not lasting more than 7 days. When you’re not feeling well but DON’T need an emergency department, we want you to get in, be seen, and get back to your life!
