Crescent City Police Chief Richard Griffin reported that Crescent City Police Lt. Kai was requested to assist the California Highway Patrol on a traffic stop Thursday, April 8th.
After Lt. Kai alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle, officers located 5.1 grams of methamphetamine, 1.6 grams of heroin, and .4 gram of suspected Fentanyl.
