The Crescent City Police Department in partnership with local animal/pet service providers have joined together to help those in need to provide food to their pet or service animal this Thanksgiving Day Holiday.
This group of animal service providers and the police department will be giving away dog and cat food to those needing pet food at the Community Dinner being held at the Del Norte Fairgrounds.
In addition, the Humane Society of Del Norte will be passing out information for pet owners and the general public on spay, neuter and adoption services. The booth will be open on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2017, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The service booth will be located in the front of the main entrance to the Community Dinner.
