On Tuesday, August 27th, at 8:15sm Illinois Valley Fire and American Medical Response responded to a single vehicle crash at the intersection of Deer Creek Rd and Crooks Creek Rd.
It appears that a single vehicle went straight through a “T” intersection and went off the road on the other side. This has happen so often that the farmer has built a rock barrier to keep cars from going into his field.
Two American Medical Response ambulances transported 3 patients to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center code 1. The cause of the crash is under investigation by Josephine County Sheriff’s Office. Traffic control was provided by Illinois Valley Fire CERT. Both roads remained open during the investigation.
