Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to Baypoint Landing RV Park near Charleston early Wednesday evening, August 21st, regarding reports of an individual attempting to steal high dollar bicycles inside of the RV park just before 5:30pm.
The reporting party stated that they had pursued the individual on foot into vegetation on the north east corner of the park.
Numerous Sheriff’s Office units responded along with K9 Cena, who conducted a criminal apprehension track for the suspect and flushed him out of the brush to Deputies on the perimeter for his 51st capture.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Coos County Jail on multiple criminal charges.
