A low pressure system is pushing up from the south and into the northern California and southern Oregon region bringing high clouds and chance of precipitation Friday and into Saturday.
As the system moves through Friday, the northern edge will be pushed into the area. Chances of precipitation will be higher inland and south of Crescent City on the coast, regardless, precipitation will be in the area.
Temperatures are expected to remain relatively moderate Friday, and continuing throughout the weekend. Inland temperatures will range from early morning lows in the upper 30’s to highs in the low 70’s. On the coast expect temperatures in the mid 40’s early in day with fog in some areas, and highs to reach the low 60’s.
