Early Wednesday morning, October 16th, a rollover crash occurred on Redwood Hwy. 199 at the aqueduct overpass.
Rural Metro Fire and American Medical Response rescue crews on scene reported that one occupant was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, and the other claimed no injury.
The Oregon State Police is investigating the cause, but initial reports indicate the crash may have resulted from an altercation between the occupants while the vehicle was in motion.
The crash scene was cleared by 6:45am.
Although road conditions are NOT considered a factor in this crash, the incoming wet weather front expected to hit our area the remainder of the week will potentially make roads slippery when oils rise to the surface. Motorists are urged to drive with caution on wet roads.
