After a week of heavy rain and surf, with rain accumulations over 5 inches in both Brookings and Crescent City, it appears that a break may be in the forecast for at least a few days.
Moisture associated with a rather energetic Pacific cyclone currently is bringing moderate to heavy rain across the upper Oregon and Washington Pacific Northwest coast.
